Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

bottle Ginger Salad Dressing ( I like Marzetti)
1
glove garlic minced
4 Mahi Mahi Fillets ( 6
ounces)
Marinate the fillets in the ginger dressing and
minced garlic for one hour or
longer.
Place fillets on grill. We cook ours on ceder.
(Purchase at Lowe’s) You can cook it directly on the
grill.
Take leftover marinade and cook it until it
becomes a glaze and serve it over the
fish.
